IAMO offers a limited number of travel/accommodation grants (depending on availability of funds) to participants with accepted extended abstracts, both for oral and poster presentations. Grant distribution is based on the quality of the submission and the financial need of the applicant. Priority will be given to early career researchers from transition countries of Europe, Central Asia and China.

To apply for a grant, please send a motivation letter (max. 400 words) and a CV to forum2025(at)iamo.de until 9 February 2025. The letter should explain the following: the situation with your financial need, your academic achievements and the way participation in IAMO Forum 2025 will benefit your career and research in the future.

Grant decisions with further details on the size of grant will be communicated via email on 24 March 2025.
